Important: Financial data is collected solely to provide the App's core tracking features. This data is:

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Money Cycle does not directly collect, store, or process payment card information. All transactions are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and Billing Policies.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google LLC) – Data storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting
• Google Play Billing – Payment processing
• Google Analytics – Anonymized usage analytics (IP addresses are anonymized/masked, and no financial data is processed)

4.1 Data Sharing Limitations

IMPORTANT: Money Cycle does not:

✗ Share financial data with third parties

We only share data with service providers as necessary to operate the App. All data sharing is contractually limited and compliant with privacy laws.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Where Your Data is Stored

All user data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which operates data centers across multiple regions. Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where Firebase operates, in accordance with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers.

5.2 Security Measures

Your data is protected through:

• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit
• Google's industry-standard security infrastructure
• Secure OAuth authentication (Google Sign-In)
• Regular security audits and compliance checks

While we implement robust security measures, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.

5.3 Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting user rights or freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant supervisory authorities without undue delay, as required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

6.1 How Long We Keep Your Data

User data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days
• Financial data is securely destroyed
• Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for technical purposes

6.2 How to Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

1. Open the App
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Scroll to bottom → "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion (this is irreversible)

Note: Account deletion is permanent. All financial data will be permanently deleted.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 General Rights (All Users)

All users have the right to:

• Access their personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of their account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

8.1 Age Requirement

Money Cycle is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.

8.2 Age Verification

During registration, users must provide their age. Users indicating an age below 13 will not be permitted to create an account. Any data provided during such an attempt is not retained.

8.3 Teens (Ages 13-17)

Users aged 13-17 may use Money Cycle only with explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for:

• Providing consent for the teen's use of the App
• Providing payment information for the initial purchase (payment must be authorized by parent/guardian)
• Supervising the teen's use of the App

Parents can manage and refund purchases through their Google Play account settings.

8.4 False Age Declaration

If a user falsely declares their age, Money Cycle cannot be held responsible. If you suspect a child under 13 is using the App, please contact us immediately at info@fineappstudio.com so we can delete their data.

9. No Financial Advice

Money Cycle is a personal expense and income tracking tool only. It does not:

• Provide financial advice
• Make investment recommendations
• Offer tax or legal guidance
• Serve as a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice

Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions. Always consult with qualified professionals (financial advisors, accountants, lawyers) before making significant financial decisions.

10. Notifications and Communication

Money Cycle may send push notifications for:

• Transaction reminders (optional)
• Budget alerts (optional)
• Monthly summaries (optional)
• Important App updates

You can disable push notifications anytime in your device settings. Disabling notifications may affect the functionality of certain App features.

11. International Data Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Such transfers are made in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable. By using Money Cycle, you consent to such transfers.
