Welcome to Money Cycle – Expense & Income Tracker (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your
access to and use of the App, developed and operated by Fine Apps Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing,
downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these
Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
Money Cycle is a personal expense and income tracking application designed to help users log financial
transactions, manage budgets, customize visual themes, and analyze spending patterns. The App operates as a
premium, paid application available for a one-time purchase on the Google Play Store. All core data storage,
analytics, and authentication functionalities are supported through Google Firebase infrastructure.
2. Professional Disclaimer (No Financial Advice)
IMPORTANT: Money Cycle is strictly an information-logging and budgeting utility. It does not provide professional
financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or legal counseling. The data, summaries, analytics,
and metrics generated by the App are for informational and personal organization purposes only. Users are solely
responsible for their financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a certified financial advisor, accountant, or legal professional before making any significant financial commitments.
3. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
One-Time Purchase: Access to the App requires a one-time purchase fee ($0.99 USD / €0.99 EUR or local
equivalent) through the Google Play Store. There are no active subscriptions, recurring billing cycles, or hidden
in-app fees for standard functionality.
Payment Processing: All monetary transactions, payments, and billing details are processed exclusively and
securely by Google Play Billing. Fine Apps Studio does not collect, access, or store payment card numbers,
bank information, or billing addresses.
Refund Policy: Standard refunds are processed exclusively by Google Play in accordance with Google Play's
standard user refund policies. For users residing in the EU, UK, or other regions with statutory legal withdrawal
rights, refund inquiries compliant with applicable consumer protection laws may also be directed to
4. User Accounts and Registration
Authentication: To access the tracking features and cloud synchronization, users must authenticate their
account using Google Sign-In. You agree to maintain the security of your Google account credentials.
Age Requirements: The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. During registration, users
must declare their age. Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the
App. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the App only under the direct supervision and explicit consent of a parent or
legal guardian.
Accuracy of Information: If a user provides a false declaration of age, Fine Apps Studio cannot be held legally
liable for unauthorized usage.
5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree to use the App solely for lawful, personal financial tracking. You are explicitly prohibited from:
Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the App.
Using the App to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities.
Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to compromise the security of the Google Firebase infrastructure or
servers hosting the App.
Automating interactions with the App through bots, scrapers, or unauthorized third-party scripts.
6. Data Privacy and Security
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Money Cycle is completely ad-free and does not
engage in user profiling, ad targeting, or data selling. Personal authentication metrics and voluntary financial
records are securely processed via Google Firebase with industry-standard AES-256 and HTTPS/TLS encryption.
You acknowledge that no internet transmission is 100% secure, and usage of the network backup features is at
your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the codebase, user interface designs, visual
themes (such as Candy Pink, Midnight, Ocean Blue), branding elements, logos, and proprietary analytics
algorithms, belong exclusively to Fine Apps Studio. Downloading the App grants you a limited, non-transferable,
revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing the
App.
8. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Fine Apps Studio does not warrant that the App will be entirely error-free,
uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate in conversion or calculations at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by
law, Fine Apps Studio and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising out of your financial transactions, data loss, application downtime, or reliance on the structural analytics provided by the App.
9. Termination of Use
You may terminate these Terms at any time by permanently deleting your account inside the App (Profile →
Settings → Delete Account) and uninstalling the application. Account deletion is permanent and completely
destroys all localized and cloud-backed financial records within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate your access to the App's backend infrastructure without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, your usage of the App, and any legal disputes arising directly or indirectly from this agreement shall
be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any legal actions, proceedings, or
contractual disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of
IZMIR, TURKEY.
11. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be communicated through
in-app notices, direct email communication, or by changing the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Continued usage of Money Cycle following any posted modifications establishes complete acceptance of the
updated Terms.
