ChickUp – Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Application

ChickUp is a tracking application designed for users to monitor their nutrition, water intake, macro values, and other daily records.

The application does not provide diet programs, medical diagnosis, or health guidance.

2. Account Creation and Security

The User:

  • May log in to the application using their Google Play Store account.
  • Is responsible for keeping their password secure and confidential.
  • Is responsible for all activities carried out under their account.

3. User Obligations

The User agrees:

  • To use the application for lawful purposes only,
  • Not to enter misleading or false information,
  • Not to perform any actions that may harm the system,
  • Not to violate the rights of other users.

By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the app.

4. Pro Features and Purchases

  • Pro features within the application are managed through the Google Play payment system.
  • Payments and refund processes within the application are subject to Google Play policies.
  • Pro membership may automatically renew. The subscription will renew unless canceled by the user through their Google Play account settings.

Subscription cancellations must be managed by the User through Google Play Store settings.

Deleting the application from your device does not cancel your subscription.

5. Health Disclaimer

Information provided within the application does not constitute medical advice.

The developer shall not be held responsible for health issues or risks of incorrect decision-making arising from the use of the application.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, content, software codes, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property elements within the application belong to the developer or are used under license.

These elements may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the developer’s written permission. Otherwise, legal and criminal proceedings may be initiated in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Service Modifications

The developer may:

  • Modify the features of the application,
  • Suspend the service,
  • Add new features.

ChickUp reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the application at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the application’s integrity.

8. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is.”

The developer shall not accept liability for:

  • Data loss,
  • Loss of income,
  • Direct or indirect damages,
  • Health problems.

The User acknowledges that they use the application at their own risk.

9. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

In disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement, the competent authority shall be the Courts and Enforcement Offices of IZMIR.
